Here's the deal, plainly. We collect a few things about you — your name, your number, maybe your email, and what you order through the Crave Card. We do this for boring, honest reasons: so we can save your table, reward your loyalty, and remember that you like your coffee a certain way. That's it. We're a restaurant, not a surveillance operation.

We don't sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to that one cousin who's "starting a marketing agency," not to anyone. The only people who see it are the ones who need it to feed you properly. Our website uses a few cookies — the digital kind, sadly — mostly to keep things running and to see which pages people actually read. You can say no to the non-essential ones and we won't take it personally.

If you ever want to know what we have on you, change it, or have us forget you entirely, just ask. WhatsApp us, call us, email us — we'll sort it out like humans. Leaving the Crave Card is as easy as joining it, though we'll be quietly heartbroken.

We keep your details only as long as it's useful to you or required of us, and we guard them about as carefully as we guard the last portion of the day's catch. Which is to say: seriously.
